Kingztide Returns Policy

At Kingztide, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Products must be in original, saleable condition, including:

    • Unworn and unwashed items.

    • All original tags and clear packaging intact.

  3. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Items purchased from third-party sellers.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our customer support team at info@kingztide.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item to the address provided by our support team. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Exchanges

At Kingztide, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us at info@kingztide.com to initiate the process. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or item of equal value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. For defective items, we'll cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

International Returns

For returns outside of Canada customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return process.
